    Night falls are a natural phenomena.
    But when we start having night falls more than 4-5 times a month, then there is a problem.
    1)Do not take milk after 3 pm.
    2)Try to avoid non-veg, spicy, fried & chilly food.
    3)Do not watch pornography materials.
    4)Take good healthy diet, do exercise & yoga daily.
    5) Avoid constipation.
    6) Try to have half cup of amla juice before going to bed.
