    Neha there are no short cuts to weight loss. If you want a long lasting result, you have to go slow and steady. If you are okay with temporary results, you can take quick measures.
    Either ways, you must perform regular work outs. You can start with brisk walking and cycling for 30-45 minutes. Along with it you can perform TABATA workout which is a very high intensity fat burning work out. Don't forget to include some stretching before and after work outs.
