    In case of fall on abdomen, 1st thing is to get your checkup done by your doctor. He / she can do usg to see fetal well being and to rule out any kind of abruptio placentae. Placental abruption may or may not be painful and may even remain asymptomatic in rare cases. Apart from vaginal bleeding (in revealed abruption), classic signs include:
    Back pain, Abdominal cramping and pain, Abdominal tendernes, Rapid uterine contractions, Uterine tenderness, Pallor, Disproportionately enlarged uterus ,Nausea and vomiting restlessness.
