    Just work out is not sufficient to build muscles. You need to follow right kind of diet too to gain muscles. Eat a protein rich diet like include dals, soya,, nuts, skimmed milk or powder, eggs and lean meat optional. Consume a protein supplement if you are a vegetarian.
