  1. Hi Anita,
Thank you for posting your query on Medimetry.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

The most common cause of Floaters in the eyes is Myopia (Near Sightedness) in which you have difficulty in looking far objects but able to see near objects.Glasses need to be used in that case.
Other causes might be Retinal Detachment,Vitreous hemorrhage,etc-but they are associated with reduction in vision.
It would be advisable to consult an Ophthalmologist(Eye Specialist) Doctor to have examination of your eyes to rule out refractive error and retinal examination by Ophthalmoscope if needed.

The cause for sneezing, watering from eyes, mucus in the nose seems probably due to Allergy(Allergic Rhinitis).
It does not seems to be associated with Deviated Nasal Septum.A markedly severe Deviated Nasal Septum would cause Nasal Obstruction.

You may undergo Allergy testing to find out which substances you are allergic to (like Certain foods,Dust,Grass pollens, etc),so that you can take precautions to avoid those substances.

In addition, you may find relief by taking the following medications:
    Antihistaminic like Cetrizine,
    Steroid nasal Spray like Mometasone,
Oral Decongestant like Phenylephrine with Nasal Decongestant like Oxymetazoline(in case of Nasal Blockage).

Hope this answers your question.Take care.
