Severe morning sickness during pregnancy, suggest suitable diet chart.

I am in first trimester of my pregnancy and I have severe morning sickness during pregnancy. Please suggest me a diet plan which I can eat comfortably and do not affect my baby’s growth. I am unable to eat the usual food items and immediately get sick looking at food.

    Add Saunf to your diet, chew it after every meal. Dry apricots or plums are also good sources for anti-sickness agents. Coconut water also combats it. Dried figs in morning can be taken. Pudina Chutney containing amla should be taken with every meal. Eat something dry with every meal.
