Missed periods .negative pregnancy

Hello doctor,

I am having  missed  periods since 3months .I also took urine pregnancy test it was negative but i feel that my belly is getting little bigger without any pregnancy symptoms.I just want to know  is it baby bump or just abdominal fat.Sometimes i feel abdominal cramps and back pain. Please suggest.

    Firstly get a serum Beta hcg test which is a blood test to rule out pregnancy.Sometimes urine pregnancy test fails to give proper result . Also go for a pelvic ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy, pcos. Also if the reports are normal .. then check thyroid level by serum tsh and serum prolactin level to check hormonal imbalance . Then you can consult with all these reports so that i can start medication.
