6 weeks pregnant. Allergic to Milk & Dairy products, how to compensate?

Hello, I am 6 weeks pregnant and I recently came to know about it. I am allergic to milk and its products. What should I eat or drink to compensate for the calcium provided through dairy products? My doctor has put me on calcium supplements, but I want to make sure I can provide for the needs through natural sources. Please suggest.

If you are lactose intolerant, then you can shift to soya milk, tofu, yogurt, cheese, curd, almond milk, alsi (flax seeds), makhana for proper calcium consumption.
