    I am very sorry to understand that and hope with my advise you will feel a little better.
    Whenever you get headache, I suggest you have coconut water or a banana and have water with jeera and tulsi. Keep a journal of your migraines and understand what conditions or foods trigger it.
    Keep your water intake at least 3 litres a day.
    When you have an attack, you may massage certain points on your head and body, and lie down in a dark cool and quiet room.
    I would suggest you go in for a complete blood test and physical checkup as causes of migraine could be systemic , so we can check that and then prescribe treatment of cause.
