  2. Increase your current intake to meet your energy needs. Increase your whole grains, pulses, milk and milk products to provide energy and proteins. You can include 2-3 fruits, handful of dryfruits and 2-3 teaspoons of jaggery. Drink homemade juices in between to provide energy.
