    From diet point of view, include good quality proteins like soya, milk and its low fat products, eggs and non veg optional. Make sure you don’t skip your breakfast. Have a combination of cereal, dal and vegetable in each meal. Since you are a student, avoid eating junk and refined foods. Carry healthy snacks like roasted dal, puffed rice and corn etc, home made cereal chiwda etc as your evening snacks. Drink plenty of plain water in between your meals. Avoid sugary beverages and foods. Work constantly on your activity and food intake. You can keep a food diary to judge your eating habits and improve accordingly. Hope you find this helpful.
