    Diet is very important in loosing weight. Breakfast fruits only. Abundant amount. Lunch/dinner half plate salad, 1 katori sprouts, green vegetables 1 to 2katori, daal 2 katori, only 1 roti in one meal.
    Stop having: milk, milk products, refined foods, packaged food of any kind like bread namkeen biscuits maida etc.
    Light exercise for 1 to 1 and half hour without straining yourself.
    Do light exercise for two hours daily slowly without straining yourself.
