    The most fool proof way to loose weight is by performing exercises and controlling diet and not by taking pills.
    To start with you can start walking at least for half an hour daily. As you get comfortable with walking you can proceed to performing some strengthening exercises.
    About diet, start with completely avoiding outside junk food. Make sure you have portion control about whatever you are eating rather than cutting out on foods. More so keep yourself very well hydrated at all times.
