  1. Do you have any history of injury or accident?If not there are several reasons for the pain one is injury other is heavy weight,standing for long time..

Its not a serious problem this is common one .For cure you can apply pain relief gel locally ,heat therapy using heating pad,make practice of doing exercise including walking and joint movement exercise along with strengthening especially for knee joint if not able to find time because of busy schedule..
