    Please specify what are you afraid of. Cesarean section is operative procedure to deliver the baby. There are certain conditions when if there is a risk to either mother or baby, then cesarean is performed.
    Of course there are problems like pain in stitches, chances of more blood loss than a normal delivery and slower recovery after that. It's quite safe and a normal procedure these days owing to the advancements in industry. Pain relief is good and patient is made ambulatory early. Rest all problems of puerperium are same as normal delivery.
    At the end safety of baby and mother is important and hence it should not be ignored to avoid cesarean.
