  1. Hello Dear. Welcome to Medimetry. Unless you are a known case of hypertension, you can enjoy eating a teaspoon of pickle during pregnancy. Also pickle doesn't give you any nutrition, so let it be less or 1 teaspoon. In case, you have any body swelling or high blood pressure avoid pickle completely. Hope you find this helpful.
