    After previous LSCS if a person conceives so early, she definitely is at risk of scar rupture more than a person who conceives after at least 6 months. Firstly she should get ultrasound done to confirm fetal age and well being. Then she can decide if she wants another child and is not a problem to take care of her first child and pregnancy and later her second child. If she decides to continue, it will require close supervision with good nutritional supplements. It would be advisable to start weaning the first child also from breastfeeding.
    But, if she wants to discontinue this pregnancy, visit a gynecologist and discuss all the issues as if surgical evacuation is required that has other implications. Till you decide which way to go, start folic acid tablets 5 mg daily.
