Is diabetes curable ? If yes please help

I am 32 age male.. My fasting sugar level showing 133. It has never been that way before.. I have been under tremendous work pressure recently past 4 months.. I am heavy at 120kg and 6 feet tall.. My eating had been bad due to long hours of working. Is this permanent diabetes or curable immediately. Please help

    I can understand your concern and how it feels to be a young diabetic.
    I am really sorry to say that there is no cure for diabetes but it can be very well managed with diet, exercise and medications.
