  1. What is your age,do you have pain in both knees .This joint pain may be due to loss of fluid in the joint and reduce calcium in the body known as osteoarthritis.
  2. Take a towel and dip in hot water and squeeze it and then apply it over your knee for about ten minute do this or you can take heating pads for pain relief. Second thing do exercises of knee joint especially for strengthening of quadricep muscle sit straight on bed apply a towel roll below your knees then apply pressure through your knees over towel do this for ten ten times from both knees.. Consult to the physiotherapist so that she can give you mobilisation,modalities like Ultrasound. Short wave diathermy etc according to your condition..Hope answered your question
