    To gain weight at this stage, take food rich in proteins and amino acids. Nuts like walnuts, figs, almonds, whole cereals, sprouts, soyabean products, and dairy products are good source.
    Make small balls of ½ date, ½ walnut, 1 almond, and 1 figs. Combine this into 1 mashed ball. Eat one ball every day.
