    you should indulge into physical activities like jogging, aerobics, some flexibility exercises, yoga etc.

    Drink plenty of water...3-4litres a day, consume more of vegetables, take curd in your lunch....incorporate protein food stuff into your diet.

    Get your vitamin d, vitamin b12 and calcium checked.
