    This is normal that your sleep gets disturbed sometimes when baby moves. Nothing can be done to avoid that except that you do your share of physical activity during day so that you get a sound sleep at night. Avoid other issues leading to discomfort or disturbed sleep. Count baby movements for monitoring daily. With advancing pregnancy stage, space for baby decreases due to increased size of baby, so you will feel lesser intense movements.
