  1. Hi. .Post c-section abdominal muscles go weaken to some grade. You can start up mild exercises for abdominal muscles after 6 weeks of delivery and progressively increase their intensity. Exercises such as curl ups, single leg raise, tucking in your belly etc can serve your purpose.
    Also incorporate aerobic exercises such as aerobic dancing, cycling, jogging etc which will facilitate burning of fat in your body.
  2. Diet modification plays a vital role in c onjugation with exercises in order to reduce fat on a faster rate. Consume less fat concentrated food and exercise regularly
