  1. Hi...muscle cramps may occur due to various reasons do you feel pain also ...You should increase your liquid intake at least four to five litres a day,increase intake of calcium and multivitamins either in diet or supplements....
  2. Perform some exercises like movements of your limbs in clockwise and anticlockwise direction. Five repetition each and do stretching ..
  3. In which area you feel spasm more it usually occurs in calf or front of thigh or back...for calf streching you can sit on bed with legs straight and stretch your foot towards knee and hold it perform it in both legs else you can use towel also...secondly stand in front of wall with back supported to the wall and lean forward against wall this will helps you for stretch...You can do slight massage also over the affected area ,apply ice pack but place a towel between your skin and ice regular exercises..
