    Follow these guidelines to reduce weight
    1. Have protein rich breakfast.
    2. Aim to do at least 30-45 minutes of physical exercise.
    3. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits and vegetables.
    4. Consult a dietitian to reduce your weight
    5.Try to keep you dinner salt free for few days like wheat flakes or oats no vegetable.
    6.Eat lots of low calorie fruits n vegetable .
    7.Go for green tea.
    8.Exercise more.. than you eat.
