    At this time tummy bulge is marked which causes strain on back. Backache is a common problem. Take proper rest and prefer to lie down on your sides than straight. Use pillows under or between your legs to be more comfortable. Do not bend much and lift weight. Avoid prolonged standing and wrong posture while sitting. Walk for 30 min a day and do certain stretching exercises under guidance of an expert can be done.
