    Loosing weight from the face only happens most of the time due to dieting. If you are dieting only and not working out then you will loose weight from face and look dull as well. If you want to have a healthy weight loss and you must have diet control and also perform regular work outs.
    In diet control, you must majorly try and focus on portion control. You can loose weight even by having chocolate. But you must not eat more than one chocolate.
    In work outs, you must perform cardio exercise like running and walking and also perform strength training in order to ensure muscle gain and fat loss.
