    If you are already treated or in treatment for irregular menses, the weight loss process can be the routine one.
    You can start with cardio exercises like walking, running, skipping rope or cycling to loose weight. You can also start with performing high intensity interval training or TABATA.Which will ensure that you loose fats and not muscles. Along with these it is also good to perform some strength training exercises.
    Along with the exercises it is necessary to maintain a good diet. Always keep yourself hydrated. Have a high protein diet specially at night. Increase the consumption of salad in your meals. Decrease the portions of roti and rice. But do the stop it altogether.
    Follow it for at least a month and get back to me. I will guide you further.
