  2. Sayan your ideal body weight should be 75 kg and currently you are 77 kg. You are not at all overweight. Losing minimum 3 kgs in a month with exercise and healthy eating is possible and it does not revert back. So follow some moderate intensity exercises like cycling, jogging, skipping, or heavy intensity exercises like swimming. Plus eat a balanced diet with exclusion of sugar, junk foods, refined foods, deep fried non veg, meat. Drink lots of plain water to boost your metabolism. Begin your day with lukewarm water.
