  4. You can perform ab crunches and yoga exercises. Daily half an hour of exercises will help you a lot.
  5. In your meals you can include more portions of salads and fruits. Don't skip meals. Have a sumptuous breakfast and include atleast one fruit in a day.
  6. Make sure that you are having small meals every 3-3.5 hours in order to avoid accumulation of excess fats in the body.
