    There are multiple factors of inability to loose thigh fat.
    Most of the times thigh fat is accumulated due to hormonal imbalances. If that is the case with you, you will first have to take care of that and bring it in balance.
    Other than that, if you are performing the same set of exercises daily, the body tends to go into something known as a plateau phase. In this phase, the body will resist fat loss even if you work out. In such a case you are supposed to change your work out pattern. Try having a different pattern everyday. Make sure that you give some rest to the muscles after a certain period as it is necessary for the muscles to regain the strength to work out the following day.
