Hello Doctor, My age is 26, height is 6 feet and weight is 83 kg. I have tummy abdomen. Please provide a best suggestion for how can i loose belly fat. I am a botany research scientist. There is no time for exercise, gym etc. Please sir provide a best procedures. There is no fats to whole body
