    Welcome to MediMetry.
    I can understand your concern.

Generally height depends upon the genetic factors. I mean to say that a child's height is dependent on his parent's height, but it doesn’t mean that you’ll suffer the same fate. Height is a polygenic trait, meaning that it’s influenced by a range of genes. If there are tall people in your family tree, chances are that the tall gene could be passed down to you. Height also depend on the type of diet you consumes and physical exercises you do.

You don't need to worry about it, just follow these tips.

    1) Do some stretch exercises.
    2) Eat healthy food and include vitamin D and calcium in your diet.Drink at least two glass of milk daily. Milk is a rich source of calcium and as a growing kid, you need calcium for development of bones.
    3) Take protein rich diet like a natural source of proteins like fish, egg whites and nuts like almonds and walnuts in your diet.
    4) Avoid junk and oily food because these food stops height growth.
    5) Play outdoor games.
    6) sleep 8 to 9 hours (10 PM to 7 AM) as at night the growth hormones are secreted in the body that help in overall growth.
    7) Rope Skipping.
    8) Go for running daily because it stretches all your muscles.
    9) Keep your posture proper.
    10) Drink at least 3-4 ltrs of water.
