  2. Your ideal body weight seems perfect for your height. You may need to put on muscle mass. Focus on your protein intake. Increase nuts, eggs, pulses, lentils, skimmed milk and its products in your meals. Let every meal contain one of above protein rich foods. Drinks protein rich beverages like Proteinex, Resource High Protein etc to add on to your muscle mass. Drink plenty of water to balance your protein intake.
