You can follow the following tips to improve the digestion: 1) Do not skip any meal 2) Keep your meal timings regular. 3) Avoid gas forming foods like cabbage, cauliflower, beans, peas etc 4) Avoid deep fried oily foods and junk foods. 5) Drink plenty of plain water between meals. 6) You can take saunf water, ginger - lemon water or ajwain after meals Eat a balanced diet and do specified yogic postures to help you with digestion.
