  1. This kind of walk is generally seen when a person is overweight...or if he has his lower body i.e thighs and jips heavy, for this you need to reduce your weight.
    You can do few simple exercises like standing on toes with feet closely placed and counting 10 hold and release.
    Standing on heels counting 10 and come down
    Do both the exercises 15 times each.
    You will have to walk consciously keeping a check over your pattern n correct it whenever you feel you are walking apart.
    Also you can try walking on a straight line...or keeping one foot ahead of another...
    Practice it atleast 5-6 days a week, if you are really concerned about it.
