How to control weight?

Hello maim i m pihu….i always doing exercise yoga but my weight is 72 kg ….mam how can i control my weight….my body is not showing that my weight is more…but my bones is so weight full….so give diet and i m follow this chapter ?

    Welcome to Medimetry!!
    Inability to loose weight sometimes points towards Thyroid problems. To start with, I would recommend that you get your thyroid levels checked. If they are normal, we can go ahead with modifications in exercises and diet.
    Mean while you can go through an exercise regimen named TABATA which is a very high intensity workout and very effective for fat loss.
    As per diet is concerned, you can start off with only avoiding outside and oily fatty foods.
