  2. Since you have fracture in your ankle, you will have restricted movement. In such condition you should follow a high protein and calcium diet for earlier recovery. Take a multivitamin supplement to support the extra requirement. Include protein sources like soya, pulses, tofu, home made paneer, eggs, skimmed milk without sugar in your meals. Take Vitamin D3 supplementation for calcium absorption or take an early morning sunbath for Vitamin D3. Let not the meals be too rich in calories.
