    Generally height depends upon the genetic factors. I mean to say that a child's height is dependent on his parent's height, but it doesn’t mean that you’ll suffer the same fate. Height is a polygenic trait, meaning that it’s influenced by a range of genes. If there are tall people in your family tree, chances are that the tall gene could be passed down to you. Height also depend on the type of diet you consumes and physical strenght you have.

    You don't need to worry about it, You are just 18 years old and Height can be increase till 21. But you may follow some remedies:

    1) Do some stretch exercises.
    2) Eat healthy food and include vitamin D and calcium in your diet.
    3) Take protien rich diet like egg whites for healthy growth.
    4) Eat after every 3 hours of interval to keep mtabolism running.
    5) Avoid junk and oily food because these food stops hiegt growth.
    6) Play outdoor games.
    7) Have a good sleep.
    8) Rope Skipping.
    9) Go for running daily because it streches all your muscles.
    10) Keep your posture proper.
    11) Drink atleast 3-4 ltrs of water daily.
