    I read your question and i understand your concern. Heat stroke is a possibility if your body is exposed to 104 degree fahrenheit or 40 degree celsius and above. Altered mental state, altered sweating, nausea andvomiting, racing heart rate and headache are some of its common manifestations. 
    As you have some of these symptoms i would suggest you to get evaluated as it needs emergency treatment. Get some frequent cold baths, move to shades and cold places, drink adequate fluids and talk to your doctor. Avoid sugary or alcoholic beverages for rehydration. Wear loose fitting clothes preferably cotton , take it easy during the hottest part of the day. 

    get to your doctor or ER and let them run some baseline workup to rule out any kidney functions damage, muscle lysis or or darkening or urine.
