    For strengthening your brain you may do the following things:-
    1) Eat nuts, Vitamin E is one of the major nutrients required by the brain as it protects your brain from free radical damage which is associated with memory loss with old age.
    2) Have dark green leafy vegetables.
    3) Also eat dark chocolate, berries and whole grains.
    4) Be stress free.
    5) Do regular exercise and avoid junk food because overweight also leads to memory problems.
    6) Get sufficient sleep.
    7) Do brain exercise like puzzles, games etc. Also give time to yourself.
