  1. Hello
    Welcome to MediMetry
Wash problem areas with a gentle cleanser. Twice a day, use your hands to wash your face with a mild soap and warm water....Avoid certain products, such as facial scrubs, astringents and masks, because they tend to irritate skin, which can worsen acne. Excessive washing and scrubbing also can irritate skin.....Avoid irritants. You may want to avoid oily or greasy cosmetics, sunscreens....Don't prick or squeeze blemishes. Doing so can cause infection or scarring. You can use aha glow face wash and apply epiduo gel at night...I assume what you mean is probably post acne pigmentation or post inflammatory pigmentation. Targeting through a single agent may not always be fruitful. Meet a qualified Dermatologist to learn more about the diagnosis and treatment options. Combination of different therapeutic agents is always beneficial. Revlite I.e. Q-switched Nd YAG laser has been available for stubborn pigmentation and can be helpful when topical creams fail. Hope it helps.
    Thanks
