    Regarding this condition, I would like to advise you to please work on strengthening your immunity by the following ways:-
    - Healthy nutritious diet with lots of veggies and fruits and juices. Avoid fast foods, junk food, fried oily stuff. Avoid alcohol. Take one multivitamin capsule daily. Drink at least 8 big glasses of water daily.
    - Exercise daily for at least 40min.
    - Sleep for 7hours daily.
    - Manage your stress and anger by yoga or meditation of your choice.

    For this acute attacks of pain, please consult your physician for prescription medication which will be similar for these attacks of pain.

    If you improve your immunity, the frequency and duration of these attacks will decrease.
