Pain can be because of tenderness in muscle or nerve compression or weakness also..This pain radiates to the leg or not?You should correct your way of bending..First flex your knees and then bend your back while lifting any object..In case you feel pain while exercising then you should avoid it right now and do other exercises like upper chest extension,straight leg raising in supine position,bridging ,sideward bending..
  2. Can consult to the physiotherapist for proper assessment and diagnosis and treatment under physio therapist can give you short wave diathermy,ultrasound for pain relief
