Increase your protein intake in every meal by choosing any of pulse, egg, milk and milk product, legumes, fish, poultry without skin to increase the basal metabolic rate. Also go for a health check up to rule out any medical condition like hypothyroidism etc. Follow a balanced meal with regular exercise.
