    Normally hair sheds daily from your scalp so that new healthy hair can grow from the root. This hair shedding is normal when you shed 50-100 hairs per day depending upon individual hair cycle and density. But if you are losing hairs more than 100 per day then it is a warning sign. You are definitely having hair fall. Hair fall is usually due to multiple factors like diet and nutrition, hormones, stress, acute or chronic medical conditions, cosmetic products etc.

    1) Olive oil will add body to your hair. Plus, it will help soften and strengthen your
    tresses.
    2) Mix one tablespoon of Indian gooseberry or amla powder in two tablespoon of coconut oil and heat until boiling. Strain the oil and massage it onto your scalp before going to bed. The next morning, shampoo your hair as usual. DO this on weekly basis.
    3) Lack of nutrition to the hair has been often a cause of excessive hair fall and hence, hot oil massage can be very effective to control hair loss.
    4) Start by avoiding too many chemicals- dyes, colors, conditioners, spa treatments and styling products.
