Having bowel syndrome

Doctor, I’m having bowel syndrome. I have stomach pain, swelling in my liver , small intestine, large intestine and infection in urine. When i go washroom then i feel some fire while i do urine and before urine some white fluid comes. Due to this i have back pain and thighs pain. If i take medication for white fluid, then i will suffer from stomach pain and legs pain below the joint.

  1. Hi. Thanks for posting your medical history on MediMetry.
Your reason for consultation is not clear. Please reply back with medications you are taking and your query.
Regarding your Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), I would suggest Syrup Cital 2 or 3 teaspoons dissolved in water and have 2 or 3 times a day.
You may take OTC paracetamol for fever. Do not take painkillers unless a complete examination is done.
Drink a lot of water ie 2 or 3 lts a day (unless advised otherwise) and please do not hold back when you get the impulse to urinate.
Have a lot of fresh foods and vegetables and stay away from junk foods, sweet drinks, processed foods and juices, etc.
You may take B complex vitamin capsules and Vitamin C chewable tablets, one everyday for a month.

If you haven't done any blood tests recently, please do a complete blood check as I would advise you to take those reports and approach a General Surgeon for the 'swelling in liver and intestines' as mentioned by you as only after proper examination any consultation could be given.

Please write back to us regarding your health.
