  1. Hi. Thanks for your query to us at MediMetry.
In my opinion, you could try the following:
    - Wash your face at least 3 or 4 times a day with a medicated soap designed especially for pimples. Do not touch your hands to the face if dirty and do not break the pimples.
    - You may consider applying Retinol products like RETINO A cream once daily before bedtime and wash your face in the morning. You may also consider CLINDAMYCIN ointment once or twice during day time. Best effects will be seen in a month or two. Light peeling of skin and redness may be present. Do not worry. Stay away from direct sunlight.
    - Concentrate on a healthy nutritious diet full of fruits and green leafy veggies. Avoid oily, junk, fatty, spicy foods at least for a month to see the difference. Drink a lot of water.
    - Wash your hair regularly with a good anti dandruff shampoo.
    - Daily exercise to cause increased circulation to the face and sweating.
    - You may consider probiotics and regular deworming for your general gastrointestinal health.

You may also do regular cleanups or other professional services at a spa or salon. You may even approach a skin specialist for a more detailed management.
Please remember it may take a month or two to finally start getting less pimples and a few more months to actually get rid of the pimples. So please be patient!
    Live healthy!
