  1. Hi....what kind of stretchings do u do andcthe pain occurs?
    What particular position do u feed ur bsby and the pain starts?

It could be due to tight hamstrings or shortened can do hold relax technique to relax the muscle and pain.... keep your knee straight, put a towel roll under the knee or the popliteal fossa and press the towel count for 10 and release...repeat the same for 3 times and check whether your concerned area feels a stretch.

    Whatelse you can try is gentle massage over the fossa in the outward direction....since our lymph nodes lie there outward massage will help lymphatic drainage and hence pain relief too.

    For the time being avoid cross leg sitting, chair sitting with one leg over another and apply ice pack for 5-10 min.
  3. I would suggest you to start with applying ice over the area in straight knee position. Try to keep a cushion or pillow under the knees wjile lying down straight.

    Leg stretches when i stand from bed after 10 to 15 mins of sitting in cross legs position.
    When i stand ,,,
    Really it pains alot that i even cant stand straight
