    Hair fall can be prevented by adequate intake of protein and iron rich foods. I advise you to consume protein rich foods like soy, fish and egg on daily basis. Apples and Pomegranate will also be of great help. You can start with biotin 10 mg orally and minoxidil 5 % topically.

    Also you can try these things to control your hair-fall:-
    1) Drink loads of water,it not only improves growth but promotes healthy hair.
    2) Avoid stress
    3) Massage with coconut oil for 15-20 minutes before hair wash.
    4) Mix egg with a teaspoon of olive oil and apply it on your scalp for 15-20 minutes.
    5) For natural and fast hair growth, you can use Indian gooseberry, also known as amla.
    6) Avoid using hair dryer.
